About Me

My name is Cait, and I'm a creator from Philadelphia specializing in sustainability graphic design and business writing/editing.

I possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and education that makes me a great fit for sustainability graphic design and writing/editing projects. I've created and published dozens of corporate reports and presentations, over 300 newsletters, and countless social media posts and blogs. I recently earned my master's of professional writing and am working towards obtaining my Sustainability Excellence Associate credential.

I started my undergraduate degree at Allegheny College as an environmental science major. After the first semester, I dropped the major because learning the depth and complexity of the world's environmental issues left me feeling depressed and hopeless—an unfavorable mental state for an eighteen-year-old living five hundred miles from home. Now, years later, I am resolved to contribute to sustainability efforts in my own small way by helping organizations communicate their sustainability initiatives through engaging, clear, and accurate visuals and text. 

Creativity and curiosity are fundamental aspects of who I am. Nothing fulfills me more than creating and learning. My favorite ways to engage with these parts of myself are through urban sketching, illustration, photography, creative writing, traveling, and reading. I've found that these pursuits are inextricably linked to my professional work and enhance my graphic design and writing abilities.
